Paper presentation: guidelines for submission of abstract

1. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words. There should be proper mention of the name, designation and institutional affiliation of the authors.
2. The name of the presenting author should be highlighted and the preferred mode of presentation (oral/poster) should be mentioned along with email ID and telephone number of the presenting author.
3. Abstracts to be sent in MS Word format by email to simlaconference@gmail.com before 10th September 2013. No paper will be accepted after the deadline. Only e-mail copies will be accepted. The title of the paper should be mentioned in the Subject of the e-mail. If the submission of abstracts is not acknowledged, kindly contact the Organizing Secretary.
4. The final decision regarding the acceptance of the abstract and the mode of presentation (Oral/poster) rests on the Scientific Committee.
5. All Oral Presentations should be in Power Point Form.
6. Presentations in earlier conferences should not be repeated.
7. The time limit for oral presentation will be 7 minutes followed by a short discussion.

* Size of the poster should not exceed 4*3 feet
* Prizes will be awarded for the oral presentation and the best poster presentation in two categories (teaching faculty & Post graduate students).
